1. Company
This website and the trainings offered through it are operated by BreathingCold LLC (file number 10008095), registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, 19713, New Castle County, Delaware, USA. Any reference to "we", "us", "our", or "Breathing Cold" refers to BreathingCold LLC.
2. Enrollment & Deposit
Your seat in any Breathing Cold cohort is reserved by paying a $250 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until your course access is activated. Once Alex confirms your placement during the discovery call, the deposit is applied toward your full tuition balance.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize BreathingCold LLC to charge the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
The $250 deposit is refundable until course access is activated. For full tuition refunds, we invite you into a discovery call before enrolling so that both parties feel aligned. Once enrolled, contact us at any point and we will discuss your situation personally.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Breathwork and cold exposure are powerful practices that may not be suitable for everyone. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Do not practice if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, severe asthma, or any other condition that could be aggravated by intense breathing or cold exposure, without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider. You participate at your own risk.
6. Certification
Certification is awarded upon completion of all required modules, live practice hours, and assessments. Certification confirms training completion and does not constitute a medical, psychological, or therapeutic license.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, manuals, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of BreathingCold LLC. They are licensed to you for personal study only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to build a competing program without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreathingCold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our trainings or use of this website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
